Skinova Beauty Care provides professional beauty, grooming, and training services.
By booking an appointment or joining a course, you agree to follow our service policies and guidelines.
2. Appointments & Bookings
All appointments are subject to availability.
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred slot.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
3. Payments
Payments can be made online or in person via UPI, card, or cash.
For academy courses, a non-refundable registration fee may apply.
Full payment must be completed before course completion or final service delivery.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Service fees are non-refundable once the service is availed.
In case of dissatisfaction, we encourage you to reach out immediately for resolution.
Academy course fees are non-refundable, except in exceptional, pre-agreed circumstances.
5. Use of Website
Users must not misuse the website or attempt to access data unauthorized.
Any form of copying, misuse, or theft of our website content, branding, or course material is prohibited.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Skinova Beauty Care is not responsible for skin/hair reactions caused due to undisclosed allergies or health conditions.

8. Academy Code of Conduct
Students must maintain discipline and attend classes as per the schedule.
Certification is awarded only upon full course completion and practical evaluation.
Misbehavior or repeated absence may lead to dismissal without refund.
